This is a little off topic but I think its relavent.
Has anyone tried out VMware? If so how do you like it? I got Win95
loaded into it last night. Its a little slow running in a window but
running it in fullscreen mode was pretty cool and pretty fast on my
Celeron 300A. It pays to have alot of memory.
I can see how this thing would be good for cross platform programming. I
just like the price for the full version. I think someone said its about
$300 dollars. Thats too much for me.
Does anyone know how it works internally? It doesn't seem to do much
emulation because it responds and acts so fast. How does it interpret
the instructions?
This product could easily be Linux's killer App. Not to mention it is
also available for Windows.
