I am writing a small emulator for a virtual CPU. I am designing the CPU as I go. What I am doing is creating say 10 instructions in the CPU but what I need to know is how do I determine the number of CPU cycles certain instructions should take? Right now I just give them a value of 1 CPU cycle. I need to know this so I can emulate interrupts correctly.
