If your computer crashes alot then you are probably infected with the windows virus. The only known way to get rid of this virus is to buy a copy of Linux and format you hard drive and install Linux. It worked for me. My computer is much more happy now. My computers been virus free for a year and a half thanx to linux. God bless Linus Torvalds for finding the cure to this devistating virus.
