Ok, I'm very sorry that I forgot to reply to your mail (I have a lot to
do for university at the moment).
The problem with C/C++ and the coder's knowledge base is that we're all
Pascal/Delphi programmers and do not have enough knowledge to do the C
stuff. We were searching for C/C++ admins a while ago on this list and
did get only 2 replies :(.
The job of the initial admins(I'ld say about 5 people) would be to
develop a category tree like the Pascal or Delphi tree you find on the
ckb. They should then find admins to maintain those cats or do it
themselves. Each cat should have some initial snippets (10-20, but more
than this is never a problem) and handle incoming snippets (which are
very rarely by the way.)) Our motto is quality over quantity. Rather
than having 5 mouse units none of which works we'ld like to have one or
two but they should be good and even tested (ok, let me dream my dreams
:)
At the moment we're looking for admins. Once we have enough, we will
contact you. Hopefully this will be very soon. If you find other people
who are willing to help, tell them to contact us!
