This is how programmers masturbate. While knowledge
of low-level languages is very, very
important,(someone has to be able to write
interpreters, compilers, and operating systems), no
one but the people you work with is likely to be
impresses. I know assembly language. If you asked my
roomate, he'd tell you I was a badass. But this is a
programmer's guild. We're all badasses. So, no one
is THAT impressed until you write the newest killer
app. Intel processors aren't that hard to program
for.
You know assembly language. Big fucking deal. If
you're one in a million, there's six thousand people
just like you. Don't blow your load too quickly.
