Truncate the files system.dat and user.dat ;-)

..But to be as on-topic as possible:
Windows NT allows you to set the maximum size of the registry. This is
not possible under Win95/98. What would you need it for tho? Maybe
there's another solution (apart from simply not writing to the registry
anymore).
