A few questions - I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction. I am running win3.1 and need to install an interrupt handler to service interrupts off the parallel port at about 10kHz. BUT - it needs to run all the time - so if I switch to another application, I want my interrupt handler still to run - not to switch off. Can I do it? I don't know a tremendous amount about protected mode software at hte moment so if anyone knows of a faq that'd be great.
