I really don't mind seeing a question like this. After
all I've been on this list for almost 2 years and I
value everyones opinion. I feel like we can forget
about the "RULES" for a change and just help each
other out. 

Well for the question if your in X Windows then use
Linuxconf. RedHat by default uses GNOME so I believe
there is an Administration program that comes with
GNOME to do this also. It should be on your start
menu.

Ooh and you can also do it from the control-panel.
Type control-panel at an xterm while in X and the
control panel will pop up. There is an applet in it
which handles user administration.

You can also do it from the command line which I don't
know off the top of my head but I believe it is
described in the users manual if you bought the
Official RedHat.
