Hey. There's a program called QuickView Pro which is incredibly good. Here's the file_id ÕÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ͸ ³ QuickView Protected Mode V2.32 ³ ³ DOS based Multimedia Viewer with ³ ³ AVI and MOV support! All common ³ ³ video codecs are supported, incl. ³ ³ Indeo. Also supports the video ³ ³ formats DL, FLI/FLC and animated ³ ³ GIF, the sound formats WAV, VOC ³ ³ and Audio MPEG (incl. MP3), and ³ ³ the picture formats JPG, BMP, ³ ³ GIF, PCX, TGA and more. Very fast ³ ³ picture display. Includes English ³ ³ and German documentation. ³ ÔÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ; Its shareware, but you can use it for some length of time without having to pay and there is no software lock. You can invoke it to play a file without the file-selection screen and stuff, but the unregistered version always displays a copyright message. You can get it from http://www.multimediaware.com/qv/ or from a cool email thing where you send it a blank email and it sends you the latest version of the program requestqv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Interesting. If this isn't really what you're looking for and you want a library of some sort, then I can't really suggest anything apart from finding some professional ones (I don't know of any - sorry). Hope that's informative enough, woofcow woofcow@xxxxxxxxx.xxx Sponsored by Wrox Press - www.wrox.com. Programmer to Programmer (TM)
