I have two questions.

1)  I was going to make a program that would "live" in the taskbar and could
toggle the screen saver on and off.  Any suggestions or a turtorial on how
to do this?

2)  I wanted to make a network chat program.  Any help or code on this would
be appreciated.  I am trying to learn some network programming.
