RE: Programming Critique

Question is, how portable is it from game to game and how easy is it to
implement in different game engines. (If that was your intention) In my
mind, that's the mark of good code.

I've recently written a sound engine using Directx. It plays both .MIDI
and .WAV files and has the basic features needed to control sound in a game.
I would like someone to look it over and basicly tell me what they think.
If its good code, or bad code basicly. Thanks.
