Minimize box on a toolbar window

Hello,
   What I'm trying to do is create a window (win32) that is a toolbar window 
(the ones that have a small caption bar and just a close button, like ICQ) 
but I also want to add a minimize button to that bar.  Using the 
createwindowex api I can't do this.  do I have to draw the button myself?  
If so, how would I do that?  I'm using C under w95.  thanks.
