Software for modem

Hi.

I have modem installed on my computer and I want to make it available
for people in my local network. Is there any software that allow me to
do this. May be software that creates virtual modem (driver occupying
some resources) that will be redirecting all data to modem on another
computer (maybe to buffer and then all data to modem). I don't need that
modem only for accessing Internet, I am in need of it as a full
functional (?) modem on another computer. If there is no such software
may be you know where I can find information on writing VxD drivers.

Another thing I am interested in is a program that will use modem to
dial somewhere by the schedule (and may be allow full online use of
dialing computer).
