Win32 Programming in C++

I would like to start developing some Windows applications
in C++, but I don't know where to start.  I have searched the
internet and have not found any extremely helpful info.  Does
anyone know of any good books or websites?

I typically use the free Borland C++ CommandLine Tools and
would like to find information geared towards this compiler, but
anything would be helpful.
