Using Excel's .xls or .csv files in Visual C++

Is there a control that allows me to display an Excel file in a Visual C++
Program?  Something like the FlexGrid control in VB is what I mean.  I don't
want to use VB unless I have to.  If anyone knows the control or the class
name, please let me know.
