This way, the time, date, media, the media referring to the softare or the product is marked clearly. I am not exactly sure how well this would hold up in court if need arises. There was a site that I came across that you could register your project, software, products, etc.. for a fee of $25.00 to $200.00 for copyrights and trademarks. But I don't recall the address to get it again. I'll try to find it later on this week though. I am going to be busy with other stuff for the next few days. I'll try to fit it in though.
