Looking for experienced coder(s) for MUD

Greetings:

I am seeking a coder with a good bit of MUDing experience.  I will be
establishing three or four new MUDs over the next twelve months--all based
upon a new concept in player development.  Compensation can be in the form
of cash, shares in the company, or a combination of the two.  This promises
to be a very exciting and challenging coding project with lots of
opportunity to be a part of the business end.  HTML, JAVA or other
web-related experience would be beneficial as well, as I intend to create a
website that will interact with the MUD in real time.

Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
