HTML to plain Text in VB6

hi again

in a vb 6 project i read html code off the line (some robot). i'd like
to
convert it into plain ascii text, stripping off the html tags. i
think i have seen some html-converter, but never used it before.
which OCX must i include and how to access it?

any help is welcome, thanks
