If you do a search out there for 'programming', 'C++', 'C', you will find tons of links to help you, including some books that are available online, tons of tutorials, etc... just hop onto your favorite search engine and start typing and clicking. Try adding in a few different search words, such as 'beginning programming' and 'programming tutorial'... you will find lots of information out there to help you.
