I haven't written in a while on netalive lately because I didn't really know what to say. Now I do.

I sat down on my couch this evening to do something I very rarely do which is watch television. We have all seen stupid television before, it is inevitable. Tonight; however, I saw the wrost of the worst...

Let me begin my story with reality television. We have all seen it, and how could we not. Im sure reality television takes up atleast 80% of our television air time, if not more. I remember when I watched the first reality TV show, Survivor. The concept was great, it was new, and interesting. Nothing of the sorts had ever been done on television before. It provoked interest.

Within the last little while though, reality TV shows have polluted the tube with their continuous overdramatic, simple, half retarded plot schemes, and even more retarded cast members, aka Jessica Simpson from the newly weds or Nicole Richie from the Simple Life. And what a simple life it definately is... Not to mention the extremely controversial "The Swan". Not only is it extremely controversial but I find it to be the most revolting, media-influenced, disgusting piece of garbage on television today. Fear Factor was a very close second....

I know Nicole, Paris, and Jessica were all raised by wealthy parents and grew up wanting and having all they have ever wanted. So I guess I cannot blame them individually for their horrendous outcome. But while watching the newly weds, Jessica said something to Nick (her husband) that didn't shock me, it just made me shake my head in disbelief: "Nick, did you know that your heart stops beating if you sneeze?" For a minute I was dumbfounded (which was exactly the way Nick's expression was). I couldn't believe that a 23, or however old she is, woman, would not realize that that is definately NOT TRUE? I also know for a fact that my 7 year old neice would of laughed her ass off after she heard that comment from Mrs. Simpson. It makes me wonder...."Jessica, do you ever watch yourself on a sunday afternoon and just want to kick yourself in the face? Because if you don't there is something seriously wrong. I mean, your a moron, can you not see that?? Probably not........." Same goes for Paris and Nicole. But the even more sad part about this is that I actually watched an episode of the newly weds...I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. However; it was exactly the way I knew it would be. Shallow. People are so interested in famous peoples lives its disgusting... They're just like you, except they have no talent, so they use sex appeal to cover the lack there of.

Moving back to the Swan. I have one thing to say. If you are that stupid to think that you will be healthy after such a severe operation in such a short time, you are seriously mistaken. Alot of you women have children, and Im sure you'd want to see them get married etc.... But do you think you'll live to see it since your so consumed with physical appearence that you'd do anything to look like the woman on the cover of Cosmo? News flash. They've all been airbrushed. No one on the cover of a mag is real anymore, even the men. Everyone has their flaws, we are all human for christ sakes! And if you are that worried about your physical appearence, get a gym pass, get healthy, and do it the old fashioned way.

Do you really think getting the fat sucked out of your ass is going to change the way you feel about you on the inside?

Time for an "intelligent" post...rather than my last blerb.

It is time for Canada to pick a shitty Government once again. I am completely neutral on all of the 3 major parties. Conservatives are too corporate and do not believe in gay marriages, Liberals r a bunch of liars, and NDP r definately too social which could drastically damage our economy.....So as you can see there is something wrong with each party. I have come to the conclusion that I will vote for the Green Party. They are especially concerned with the well-being of our precious environment. We have so many natural resources here in Canada that need to be protected, it is vital for this country. They are also modern and believe in gay marriages and the rights of all people. Vote Green Canada!!

I am sitting here doing nothing. I decided to write in my journal about being extremely stoned, which is what I am right now. I am so high its unreal. Its fucking awesome really... I don't think I've been this high in forever!!!! And Im NOT high on any fuckin' meth or crack bullshit, just the pure green. MmmmMmm Greeeenn... I know most of you people on here know what Im talking about.

Music sounds sooo good right now, well it always sounds good but its exceptional right about now... I am also trying not to think about going to the kitchen...

Oh damnit, I hate this working for free crap. I tell ya, waking up at 6:30 in the morning to go to a job where u do not get paid is soooooooo hard. I can't wait until this practicum is over.

What does everyone think about open relationships?

I am new at alot of things lately. New job, new love, new thoughts. Depressing thoughts & happy thoughts all wrapped into one tight little bundle of confusion. I sit here and wonder where I will be in 2 months. I really have no idea as of now. Started a new job working in a medical office. It sucks working with doctors because u know they make a hell of alot more money than u do. Oh well, life goes on...

Love life. Good...not so good, if that makes any sense. Living commonlaw with someone, someone I love dearly. Unfortunately someone else is beginning to grasp my attention, well I guess they aren't "beginning" to grasp my attention as they have been in my life for 2.5 years, but I guess now I have the opportunity to make something happen. Oh the confusion and the guilt. Guilt is a horrible emotion for a person to have to deal with.... Not sure what the outcome of this situation will be. Need ADVICE!
