Reading What Rules

Some people think they have had good experience with Siemens' warranty support. Well check out my story:

• Monday afternoon: Called Siemens support because a key on my cellphone had stopped working

• Wednesday, 9 PM: Siemens guy rings on my door, takes my broken phone, hands me new phone
