Someone i know of recently committed suicide.
Im sick of people going oh thats so sad. And when they think im not listening "how gutless"
suicide is the most beautiful thing a person can do. They commit themselves fully to a cause. If the decide they want the afterlife, not his one then whats the f***ing problem.
I think commiting suicide takes more guts then anything else. People say, it ignores the problems...Yada yada. In looking for alibrandi (a really annoying book i read at age 8 which year 10 used to study) a boy commits suicide because he knows all the answers supposedly.
This book has critisised for that point many times. "How could he know all the answers" scoff scoff, etc...How ever its almost correct. He had no more questions he wanted to ask.
Provided you have questions, life is worth living. The minute they leave, so does life.

umm..even more beautiful than ammiting to problems and working them though to a new and more enjoyable life?
if a person told me they were suicidal i would beg them to reconsider...
ok, i probably should have phrased that paragraph differently. my point is, i an see the beauty in the act. this is provided its thought out and not just an "im having a shitty day today, toodles to the world" thing.
so..it depends on the circumstances i suppose.
my two cents..
yes
(i just thought my post was too short and i should ad something) :P

I personally think that suicide is the ultimate show of hope. While most people believe that suicide is when someone loses all hope, I believe that suicides is the sign of the most hope ever. You give all that you have hoping things will be better. I don't like when people get distraught over simple frivolous things like someone leaving them or they are having short periods bad times and committ suicide, though I seem something romantic or passionate in the way that people tortured by depression toss themselves into the unknown, death.
I am sorry that you lost a friend, I know that is never something pleasurable.
