It snowed a couple of days ago here too... But this is not unusual for Toronto. Well, you couldn't really call it snow, it was more like hail, but it collected on the ground and looked just like snow. You could walk on it without leaving a footprint because it was so strong and it was slippery like ice. I personally wiped out twice.

Right, that's nothing. I live in Melbourne (Australia) and yes, it is on the other side of the globe. Therefore, Christmas is supposed to be stinking hot, above 30C at least. Christmas a couple of years ago it was Winter. Not kidding. It was cold and wet and very cold. (We don't get snow here in Winter unless it's a very high mountain.)

Snow in Spring isn't too weird. It's only one season out. Two seasons out and you should be freaked. But we're not. We live in the city reknown (to itself. No one's even heard of Melbourne internationally) as the "four-seasons-in-one-day" city. It's fun!

Petrus is the saint we hold responsible for the weather in Germany.
