Well, what can I say?

Today's a Monday. Which roughly translates in my life to boredom. Monday's always a slow day when you work in a support role like mine, since the people you're supporting often find Mondays dull too, and therefore the phone doesn't tend to ring much :-)

However, this Monday has proved slightly more interesting than any other monday, due to the sudden appearance of a perfectly innocent bunny rabbit in my back yard.

The usual drill was followed, up at 7:40, showered and dressed to leave the house at 8:00am. But, this Monday was to be different. I did all the usual stuff, and drew my curtains back at the usual time of 7:57am, to see a black and white bunny rabbit kindly mowing my grass for me. OK, it's a bit more of a lengthy process with a rabbit than with a petrol mower, but hey, a rabbit that's eating your grass doesn't need feeding, right?

Anyway, I spent an hour trying to put it in a box, and failed miserably, so I left my fiancee to watch and make sure it didn't run out the front into the road while I went to a relative's to fetch their unused rabbit run. Finally I managed to get the rabbit to trust me (after several leaves of lettuce) and now it's in a run in my back garden with some proper rabbit food and a water bottle thingy, and some bedding. Tonight, however, I have to move it indoors to stop the foxes trying to eat it.

Now this may not be very interesting, but to me it's brightened up my day, and given me a sort of mission to return it to its owner.

The weekend was terrible. Damn to whoever invented lining paper. Why not just plaster walls and paint them instead?

Anyway, enough from me. Ciaó
