Okay, I know I should technically post this in the dreams forum, but I'd rather put it here.

I keep having dreams involving blood. The most common one being a view of a wrist belonging to a very feminine hand, the wrist is just being held out and blood is being poored down over it and drips down off of the arm. There isn't any context surrounding it, it just pops up in the middle of whatever other dream I may have.

The second most common one is a pool of it, like a watering tank for animals in a pasture, and I'm standing in it looking down at my reflection, jut like I might do water, however the reflection is clearer somehow. Again it's never connected with whatever dream I was having before hand, nor do I get a feeling of prior knowledge to it.

It's sort of bugging me that I don't know why I have these dreams, but the dreams themselves aren't that disturbing to me. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be quite appreciative of them.

Though i have had many dreams of my own and helped many people with interpreting theirs, the presence of blood as you mention it is something i have never encountered until now. I will try to come up with something. perhaps the blood is being connected to its older meaning as the source of life and it is being shown to you as a connection to something more primitive or older, perhaps a repressed memory? This is more likely with the pool of blood as you said it gave you a clearer view of yourself than water (if i understood correctly). maybe it is telling you to understand yourself and your life you need to get in touch with something from your past, either the current or maybe a previous life.
