Salvial_Ten *** rants...

Moving.

77% | 3

Well, the house is here, and has been since last Tuesday, which is fine aside from a few things wrong such as the front and back door not shutting right, they didn't send the washer and dryer with it and the inconvieniance of not having all my stuff in it. I've spen the whole of my weekend helping my dad move heavy furniture and boxes, as well as attempt to get my room in some sort of order. My only complaints aside from being hellaciously sore and tired is that I can't find my PS memory cards, my phone line is currently strung through the window, and I don't have a connection to the antenna yet.

Enough ranting for now, I'll have pictures as soon as I can find the camera, get it working, and the house is in decent enough order to show to people.

Re: Moving.

People having their HOUSE moved in - i'm always and ever wonmdering how one can take this as such a standard, a normal-day practice. *shaking head*

for US cizizens this might be surprising, but moving around your country, taking your new home with you, AINT a practicable option in other countries (eg. EUrope).

must be the vast space such people think they got, so this got up to standard practice for folks who got some money.

just my 2 (EURo)cents,
yours, bG.

Fuck off the 30 seconds posting limit!

Remember to take the photos - and make sure you can be seen on one of them!

I will! :)

ginterbscsh,

I don't consider it to be a very average thing, unless you're located in a very rural area because it's alot easier to have your house shipped out and put in instead of spending alot of money (that most people probably don't have) to come out and build a house. :)

Well, they don't really look like normal houses. Go here to actually see some of them:

Re: Moving.

It's been over two weeks and we STILL have junk in the other house, and I can't find our digital camera, which is more than a bit frustrating. I didn't have my books over here till Saturday and I can't find my D&D stuff which pisses me off because I need it.
