Well, have been occupied with my Matura-work recently.
matura is the Exam you need to do if you want to go to a university (well, I don't want to, but it's always good to have it)
Before you can do the exam, you need to write some kind of essay about a theme you can chose on your own. Has to have about 20-25 Pages when you do an experiment, or 30-50 pages without experiment.

I've chosen the subject of Terraforming, making other planets habitable. Well yeah, took most of my time and so I didn't post in NAO for a while.

Today i was preparing my experiment, growing some bacterias that produce methane out of hydrogen and Carbondioxide....well those bacteries usually live in dumps, and as I prepared the liquid the live in, I had to recognize that it really smells like used toilet water. And it has a green, milky look.

I've written 17 pages so far, that's without Index, Sources and the stuff you write at the beginning.
It should be finished within 2 weeks time, so If anyone of you is able to read german and interested in the theme, I could send you the work when it's finished

Well untill now the Experiment worked, gas chromatography has shown that them bacterias really produce methane. Well it's only little, except a measure-mistake of the machine...thinking about using the mistake in my work, according to it those bacterias would produce methane out of nothing :)

The transformed the green sewer liquid stuff into an even more "tasty" yellow sewer water. Well if the experiment shouldn't work good, I'll start exporting chemically produced sewer water to the whole world, making me a millionaire ;)

The sad thing is, with the world we live in today, there's bound to be somebody, somewhere who is weird enought to buy the stuff!

Ah yeah, the stuff is excellent fpr putting it into your boss' coffeemachine or toss it at houses at halloween, you can even clean your carwindows with it. Now in stores for 24.99$

Update: Camera is broken :( and i found out that the bacterias don't "work" at temperatures udner 30°....so they can't be used in terraforming. Well, that's a usefull result too ;). Am now testing if the survive low temperatures, even if the cease production.

Now how am I doing....damn my neck hurts like hell, must have been the headbanging yesterday :) was at the Shakra (Swiss Melodic Metal band) concert. Whole thing was in the endstation musicbar, was my first time there...they really have a cool ambiente (http://www.endstation-club.ch/home.php?site=gallery)
