Some time ago the programming forum was set up in a way so complete newbies could no longer sign up, dump three drive-by posts and disappear forever.

In the last two weeks, several people tried to circumvent this by posting their homework assignments to forums like Internet or What Sucks. These posts are going to be deleted from now on. There were some perfectly good reasons why we were forced to set up the Programming forum this way and I don't want the other forums littered with programming topics.
