Seems to be normal that a lovestory happens between similar aged (?)partners, but last night I met an old friend and she told me a very emotional story: she´s in love, but her beloved is about 15 years younger.....well, older men love young girls, that´s just usual, but can it be also a good constalation this other way round?

Hmm. Regardless of who's the man and who's the woman, an age gap as long as that always brings its share of challenges. The greatest issue probably being both partners standing in completely different stages of their life.

Why not? I even think there's kind of a "trend" towards older woman loving younger men. Wellknown examples are Demi Moore and Asthon Kutcher or Naomi Watts and Heath Ledger.
I think it depends on the individuals, like in other relationships, too. There's no reason why it shouldn't work. Of course there's a big social pressure e.g. parents, friends or maybe even your chief. But people will get used to it as soon as they see it works.
But the biggest problem is the one Jaz already mentioned: Different stages of life usually means (but doesn't have to!) different aims (e.g. want to found a family or not) and ideas of life, different attitudes and experiences. But there are a lot of young men who are very experienced compared to women of their age, so... It just depends. Both partners can profit much from the other one, get their eyes opened for things they didn't see (yet/anymore) before.
