Making new friends.

?% | 1

Making new friends is great. I used to have this problem with people excepting me, but lately i have been more open to people and making new friends. The other day i even made an effort to talk to other people that i didn't know. It feels good when you make a new friend. I actually made two friends two! I was so happy that people actually wanted to be my friend...sorry i'm really bored and feel like typing about nothing important really. I'm sorry if this bored you.

This post is somewhat depressing because it shows me that you care deeply about the opinions of others.

I used to have this problem with people excepting me...

Okay, first off...if someone does not accept you, they aren't worth your time or thought. I don't think you give yourself enough credit for being worthwhile.

I was so happy that people actually wanted to be my friend...

You must understand that your opinion of yourself is the only thing that matters, and that people who don't want to be your friend don't deserve your friendship.

sorry i'm really bored and feel like typing about nothing important really. I'm sorry if this bored you.

And yet, another example of your constant struggle with the opinions of everyone else. Why should you care if this bores me? It was your choice to write this post, and if I don't like it, that's my problem. I know this was probably intended to be a nonchalant post, and I do apologize if I've read too much into this, but it just worries me.

For my next trick, I shall make you all disappear.

Whoa, lighten up people... i found this post refreshing.

You must understand that your opinion of yourself is the only thing that matters, and that people who don't want to be your friend don't deserve your friendship.

true, but this isn't the sort of thing that can be taught. I think people just have to figure it out on their own...

I agree with Stoic. You should start feeling yourself out more rather than waiting for other people to see what they think because other people... well, lets just say fickle. You'll never be happy with what other people think, because then you will never be you. You'll always be someonelse. The one you think everyone wants you to be.

sorry i'm really bored and feel like typing about nothing important really

Bah, friends are very important. Nothing is non-important on this post, especially making new friends. Just may I add that you make sure that you made these friends under the right pretenses. It'll help you out in the long run.

I hope continue being happy, and if someone doesn't accept you, accept the change your getting back after you paid for the hamburger they just made for you :P

I've been reading a few of your recent posts and I think you're never boring and really sweet.
