I'm tired of the slow stupid pace of life without intalect.
Some time ago I had gotten to the point where books, with the exaption of man pages or printed manuals, were no longer interesting ie. two hours + 1000 pages of nonsense = lessbrain cells.
Ah, salvation has finaly arrived... William Gibson's Pattern Recognition as rivitalized my soul and given me hope for the future. with a story that intices my mind and a writing style that makes me feel good about what's going on. This book is downwright amazing to my long hangry mind.

Hmm... I'm looking for some books to read over the summer, maybe I'll check this one out.
Have you read Catch 22? That's another book that has fantastic characters and a unique (aka totally insane) style.

You've read a lot of books I gather? I know someone similar to this: I guess she has read one to many happy endings, now she is never happy with a book unless one of the main characters dies a uniquely horrific death :-p
