I do believe I have a font fetish. I was just scrowling through a font site that a friend of mine linked me too and this realization dawned on me whilest downloading "Delia" and seeing that my font list is over three thousand. :) Or am I not the only one that has that many?

You fail it.

My font count circles around 1500. However, most of it are fancy, decorative fonts. What I'm really missing are plain typefaces you could use in a business letter for instance. Basically more variants of Helvetica and Times.

I'd recommend Myriad or Minion. Not free, but ship with several Adobe products (but don't get automatically installed to the windows font directory, so you'd have to hunt them down manually).

I used to use one called Pegasus if I'm not mistaken. It was a lovely varient of Times, unfortunately it was one of the many things I neglected to get off of our old computer before I wiped out the hard drive and reloaded Windows for my mother.
