Has anyone played this game there is some strange things that happen. When you get the health upgrades and he drinks that water and his eyes turn blue wtf is that?

Bah!

I've heard quite a lot about the game you mentioned...

Sadly, none of this hearsay has led my to play the game. I intend to in the future, perhaps the near future, but haven't yet. I'm addicted to Riddick right now. :D

Anyway, as for the blue eyes thing, you might want to ask Saqqara. She is the resident POP fan.

I should be ashamed of myself.

You should really buy it. it was a good game. a little frustrating when you get stuck but its worth it. The fighting gets boring but getting through the castle is a challenege.

I'd like you to know that I'm the sites other resident POP fan...Granted my playing of both Sands of Time and the Warrior Within have kinda been set aside for an even larger Morrowind lust...

Anyway, I seriously suggest both SoT and WW, they're great fun, and not all that pricey for the console of your picking.

Those health upgrades where his eyes turn blue are simply that in Sands of Time. However, in Warrior Within, the upgrades have another function. If you get all nine, you'll get an alternate (and much more interesting) ending.

After having played both, I like the story set down by SoT, but the fighting is too linear. Warrior Within cures that, with more fighting and acrobatics than you can shake a stick at.

Sounds overly fun and totally riot filled. Guess I will have to get it soon...

I should be ashamed of myself.

Wow.

Well, I finally hacked up the cash and bought it, based on reccomendations from many freinds. But I had 3 games to choose from, this, Beyond Good and Evil, and Thief. I asked another freind online to help me choose betwixt and I ended up buying this, and theif. Haven't played theif yet... :(

You were right Saqqara, the game is freaking solid. It has a lot of what many games need nowadays, namely artistic craftsmanship. I mean, who'd a thunk that playing the game from a storybook telling perspective would kick so much ass? I mean, the game doesn't have all the trivial shit so far, but then again, I'm not too far into it. The only thing I don't like so far is the veiws, for an FPS-er, it's awkward. :(

I like the combat system, it's simple, and that goes a long way. I like the running along walls bit! Is it possible to do that trick in the middle of combat, or is my creativity stifled?

I should be ashamed of myself.
