As in ,"SWF, large watermelons seeks SM to complete fruit salad"??? or is it more of a "For sale" listing that is an alternate to e-bay?
Either way, it is a little disappointing.
The entire reason I love Netalive is because it is, how do you say, far removed from the bull-crappy that you have to put up with in every other sight? No ads. Noone asking your breast size.
damn.
I knew the masses would find us some day. Too bad it had to be today....(dramatically drapes arm over forehead, brings other hand up to mouth to stifle sob. Single tear appears and drips , ever so slowly, down cheek.... crests chin.. and drops. Camera follows tear in slow-motion, long distance falling closeup. Tear explodes onto the floor. scene fades)
I am just me, searching for simplicity.........and a good hair stylist
I think you are exaggerating, Betty. Afterall I believe this is a good idea. We have a lot of people coming from different parts of the world, and we could all beneficiate of that.
If you want examples, I can give you some.
- null and orchid are from Switzerland, and they could sell/trade good chocolate that we might not find in our countries (I do find Lindt even in Italy btw, but the one made in Switzerland is better).
- Jaz, Martin... are from Germany, and I am sure that they could provide us with wonderful beer ;)
- I am from Italy and could get you real good pasta that is not comparable to the one you buy elsewhere.
- Then there are the American Naoies. I won't name them all here, because there are too many of them and many are sort of new ones (that I didn't meet before leaving Nao but only after my return) They might get us CDs, books... things that we would need to buy online if we can't find them in our country.
So, you see, it wouldn't be exactly a bad idea. I would prefer asking one of the people I know from here, that I trust, instead of say going to amazon.com and buy that book of that particular author that I can't find here in Italy, but that is very popular in America/UK or whatnot.
Italy no longer accepts illegal immigrants. Mr. B sink their boats!!!!!!!
- Jaz, Martin... are from Germany, and I am sure that they could provide us with wonderful beer ;)
Jaz - yes, as he's livin in Augsburg - Martin? Erhm ... Berlin? GOOD Beer?!? Let's talk about something else .. like: me. Next city, right 5 kms from here is called 'Munich'. Just came back from a pub which offers Augustiner Helles from the keg. Nothin comparable.
Ok. Well, better ones would be: Smithwick's (brewed in Ireland only! and Altenmünster Dunkel aka 'urig-würzig'.
- I am from Italy and could get you real good pasta that is not comparable to the one you buy elsewhere.
Note: making pasta yourself .. might skip this step :D
After all, I very much like self-made stuff, especially in food ;)
- Then there are the American Naoies
dont count on em. There's ginsterbusch, formerly known as oxygenius, aka wolf, who is offering you:
a) norsk stuff you probably only get from whirlwinds.cjb.net (who aint online here anymore for 'bout 1 1/3 years)
b) interesting drinks
c) did I mention norsk stuff? :D
d) some other shit ya wont find elsewhere (like creating your website for just some (european) bucks, etc.) ;)
cu, w0lf.
beards are cool. every villain has one!

Oh yeah. My mom can cook (which is strange, cause the trend here in America is the guys are starting to be the cooks and the women burn the spaghetti... which doesn't surprise me cause I can make some damn fine tasty cinnamon rolls completely from scratch). She can whip up some mean Cajun Gumbo, Jambalaya, and some generic meat and potatoes dinners (plus some vegitarian platters that I neither know the name of or wish to learn).
mmm, I'm hungry again...
Fond memories

*thinks* what does australlia have to offer the world...
uhhh, CDs... oh! i know! Ugg Boots! novelty teatowels! books! low quality, low cost beer! groovy aboriginal instruments!
and last but not least quirky things to spread on bread... has anyone here ever heard of Vegemite?
-Mel ;)
Look at me! I'm a prostitute robot from the future!
has anyone here ever heard of Vegemite?
A friend of mine originally comes from Liverpool, England. Ever since I know him, which is since our early Univ days some 20+ years ago, he's trying to praise the advantages of something called Marmite. Its some stuff for spreading on slices of bread. Looks like cow poo bottled in glasses, smells like unwashed feet and tastes.... uhm.... British, I guess. Actually I never even wanted to know what it actually is. Is that similar to what you're offering here, Mel?
:D
After decades of construction my website is finally up an running: www.kkds.de
