Fresh bread and orange juice for breakfast.
Lazing on a Sunday afternoon.
Talking about important and unimportant things with a dear person next to you.
Grabbing your special one and make them dance to 70's love songs, even tho both of you are most likely the worst dancers in the world.
The blue sky and fresh snow outside - and consequently, going for a walk.

Isn't it the small things that tell you that life itself just rules. :-)

The images your journal entry evoked were like poetry. Your soul is on the page. :) The little things are the best part of life, aren't they? Me, personally, I'm going to have a bowl of Ramen noodles (cause they bring fond memories), while staring out at the winking lights in the park below - they look like huge fireflies -, and listening to the dude in the apartment below me playing his trumpet so beautifully...

To write about that was actually why I logged on... but then I forgot those little things, until I came to your post and you reminded me. I think I am gonna call a certain person, and tell him that the cheezy 70's love song, Muskrat Love is playing in my head... I can't believe I just said that... it's like admitting that I like Barry Manilow and Elton John with Kiki Dee... *squirms from the potential future ridicule*

If mountain goats like living at high elevations, why do none live in high rise apartment buildings?

I hope that someday that I can sympathize with the love you have for another. Until then, one of the few things that I absolutely enjoy is (Contrary to what you might think) music and more than computers. In fact, it could be that computers are so good at catologuing music, that my attachment to computer has been strengthened if not birthed by it...

NAO - Of course, it's a relaxing, beautiful thing. Thanks admin!

Good techno - There is nothing like sitting down from a long day, and listening to some interesting trance or GOA on a school night. (Thanks magnifico, for introducing me to GOA)

White Shirts - Although this may sound crazy, but white shirts lift my spirit and relax me. As I type this, I'm wearing my most relaxing outfit, a white shirt and some swedish knit cargo pants. It's heaven right out of the dryer...

Anyway, I agree with the little things. :p
