Reading Classifieds

One day, I happened into an indian grocer near my house and saw what i thought was a strange type of soda can. It was called Vimto and i decided to buy it. I loved the stuff. But since I moved I have been unable to find it and was hoping someone could help me in acquiring said product. Any who can, please let me know once you can.

Never heard of it. But, googling brought me to this page. It's only available at $1.59 canadian.

The shape of the can seems to me just like every other can. Maybe, they used to make it in different shapes earlier, but have adapted to the new standards for soda cans. Also, it's possible that they make it in different shapes in the other parts of the world (looks like a mediterranian product, rather than Indian).

That is something I have seen people say elsewhere as well. My experience was in a store which was listed in all directories as an indian grocer, hence my association therewith.

Upon visiting the site, I have discovered that I cannot order it anyway since they will not ship food products to the USA. Alas, my search continues.

Well, how about this? This place has it available in the US for only $1.09.

BTW: not sure how many of you know about Froogle, but it's pretty good site to search for all the possible deals about any particular item that google's search engine could get it's hands on.

Thanks again so much. I can't believe I didn't try froogle before. I use it for everything else, the thought just never occured to me.
