Reading Movies

Has anyone seen the movie "the wall" the music is pretty cool in it if you like Pink Floyd. It's one of those movies that messes with you mentally.

It's one of those movies you could watch when your high on something or watch it sober...it still messes with you.

The part that is really gross in the movie is where they have these kids walking in a line into this meat grinder and this old guy says "You can't have any pudding until you eat your meat. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?"

The other part of the movie I remember is these cartoon hammers marching. I never understood it but one day I'll figure it out.

It's disturbing but still pretty cool.

This movie is a masterpiece!
Probably the part that was most appealing to me was after he had gone completely crazy and smashed his apartment. After that, he made a replica of an army base with the broken fragments. This movie has tons of symbolization.

Also, Roger Waters is planning on bringing it to Broadway(can't wait!) After Tommy by The Who, this should be spectacular.

A lack of preparation on your part, does not constitute an emergency on mine.

If that is true about "the wall" going to Broadway I know for a fact that I am making road trip like plans to go and see it.

Heck I agree with the fact that this movie is a masterpiece!!! Mainly all stoners have seen this movie. But yes it still messes with you when you are sober. Pink Flloyd is amazing and if you are not a fan i still recommend watching this movie.One awesome part in it would have to be the flowers. Even if you are still not a fan by the time you watch this, you will better understand or should I say respect Pink Flloyd... And let me put this question in the head of all supposed stoners... Have you ever seen 'Alice in Wonderland' (a classic Disney movie) while high? Well think about it and try.

Well, the thing is that the band is having arguments over who owns the rights to the band. So, naturally, all of them wants a cut in the money. But thankfully Waters is working his ass off to make this real.

Also, I have watched Alice In Wonderland while being a bit out of my gourd and the hookah smoking caterpillar is the BOMB!

To top it off the Wizard of Oz is great too when your "gone"

Have you ever watched the "wizzard of oz" drunk. Try it once. Well actually stay sober before you watch it and then take a drink everytime Dorothy says "toto". It's fun.

Also another suggestion. Watch the "wizzard of oz" and put it on mute and play Pink Floyd's "the wall" cd. Just try it. The movie goes along perfect with the cd. Trust me, I've tried it. Good times..

I watched the wizzard of oz this weekend, and i kept track of how many times toto was said. Roughly 30 times. 25 from Dorothy and the other 5 from other characters.
