Help Ordering Stuff

Would anybody living in the USA be willing to order one of those and forward it to me? Postage and a dinner for two would of course be paid for by me. The thing is harmless (expect that it's very fragile and breaks when you touch it with your bare hands) and available elsewhere, but not exactly that thing, and especially not for that price.

Ahem, excuse my ignorance... What is that stuff?
Also, could you wait until the summer to get a hold of it or is it something you need now? Because I am going to the US to visit Hawkeye in June, and I could just get it there, and find a way to get it to Europe somehow. I just wonder how, since they write that you might need a special permit to export it.

Yeah, that's the point I'm not sure about either. I know that I could easily buy a whole Nd:YAG laser almost anywhere in Europe, so I'd think ordering a part of it isn't too terrible a security hazard. I don't know the respective US regulations tho. Still, I don't want to trick anybody into doing something possibly unlawful - that's why I posted the original link and didn't create an order page without the warning. :-)

Technically, it's the core of an (surprise) Nd:YAG laser. It's the part where you pump light in (and it kinda traps the light), and that accumulated energy is then released as a laser beam.
