Reading Other Topics

Thank you very much! Sometimes I think you're the only person on NAO whom I haven't brought up yet. That makes me feel happy :-) Someone's on my side...

I'll keep on visiting NAO and if a topic is worth a posting I'll do it. :-)
And of course your posts are always an indicator to an interesting topic though I've sometimes problems understanding your englis, I'm too bad ;-)

And what's the 'prize? I never get green points and I'll always keep this f**ing yellow star which used to be white.
That makes me so sad that I feel a bit like an outsider. I'm too uneducated, can't write posts that impress a cow and have no time to write long ones which are usually voted because they say so much (way too much). And because I have never tiome to read them, I can't follow the topix anymore and therefor why shouldn't I freeze my account?
Sorry but I'm a pessimiste and depressive about this

You see, thats what I wanted to say about "the race for Greens". Its such a pity you feel like this. You dont deserve it at all. Its so beautiful to read your always so emotional posts, there is absolutely no need for you to feel bad or depressive about anything regarding your posts. If you only would try to see it from a different angle: you, we are sharing thoughts about totally different topics. Lately the overall mood of NAO changed quite drasticly more to the political taste. But dont worry, time will come when everybody has said everything to profile himself, to find his own place in this little community, and everything gets a bit more relaxed again. You did find your place already! You dont need to take part in this struggle to be the best. You are the emotional side against all the intellectual blahblah. I told you before, sometimes I wish I had your ability to get my words down so directly and unpolished as you can. Its way more honest in one sense. And of course more controversial. Dont feel bad about it, be proud of it!
NAO will change again back to the old family feeling. You are loved here, I do, and I can think of a few others who might perhaps feel the same ;-) ! Dont even think of quitting! And try to forget about those fuckin ratings, stars and stuff, its about YOU and not about the amount of percentage you got behind your name!

it always gave me the power to keep going and it will now give me the power to keep on posting. I'm really not intelectual and often feel sad about not knowing so much to be able to share my thoughts. But I'm happy you like my posts though. :-)

I have always been afraid NAO will get this way. Unclear and confusing by too much (long) posts and discussions. Always when ilog in it says "8 new topics found" at least. How shall I read all of 'em?
I miss the "old" NAO where I knew everybody and read even technical posts ;-) I stayed always long and made up an own topic when nothing new happened and then some people replied and so on. Now I'm just glazing at the new ones but never read 'em because there so long and you have to read all the other opinions, too.

But what will happen if NAO keeps growing as we all hope? Isn't it just that, to learn more about even more different people? We cant close the doors just because its so cozy with just 5 people...I think. ;-)

If you dont like the mood or the kind of posts written, rate it! ;-) Or if they're not your topics, just post your own topics! You did it one month ago, why not now? Its us, you as well as any other member on NAO, who create the mood and the contents of this site. You are a part of it, not just a consumer who's to be entertained like some lurkers (right Ilka?). You got the power to change it the way you want it to be, use it!
