All You Can Eat Crab!

Me and my dad have been making semi regular trips to a local cosino. Yeah, sure, there's flashing lights, lots of money, hot chicks with peacock feathers (not really), but what we kept going there for was the food. They have a buffet on friday nights that have piping hot crab legs cooked just right that you can break 'em open and eat 'em open and tear 'em apart completely without effort. It's simply amazing how good it is. :)

I have found in my trips that rock crab tastes like ass, snow crab is just awesome, and I prefer to eat out of the claws. The reason being: Crab is a hard thing to eat. You ahve to break shells, peel them apart, and what's worth, it's usually for a scarce amount of meat. The claws tend to have a nice 2 or 3 square inches of meat (in the bigger ones) in there, and it's so much easier to eat out of.

For 15 dollars, I'd say we get our moneys worth, seeing as how we tend to eat about 100 dollars with of crab. :)

I should be ashamed of myself.

Oh dude, that sounds yummy! I just have a hard time peeling them.... I like rock shrimp for the fact that if they are filleted , I can pick up the meat with my fork, and never have to touch the shell. Crustaceans look like underwater insects to me, and anything with a segmented body wierds me out. I'll eat the stuff inside though.

One guy I used to date peeled the lobsters and crawdads for me. Mind you, I found a way to return the favor. And he would make this awesome Hollandaise sauce for the lobster. Do you like lobster?

Sounds like you and your Dad have a blast every weekend. How cool.
