EMule watchdog

This is nothing too special, just a little tool I thought somebody besides me might find useful.

During the last few weeks, my beloved eMule started the annoying habit of crashing every other day, and I have no idea why. That's why I've written this very small eMule watchdog. It's a small program that, once started, sits in the background and waits for the eMule process to crash or disappear. The process is then terminated (if necessary) and a fresh copy of eMule is started. Messy Delphi source code is included.
(If you want to shut down eMule gracefully, kill the MuleWatch process first or it will respawn eMule.)
