and I don't need my head inside that mess while I am busy working my butt off to get somewhere other than where I am at. I know you understand all too well.
I know this all too well. I am working my ass off to get to the place I love, only the place I love doesn't require money or work. That place is inside my mind, a place that is created by the imagination, the intuitive embrace of artistic pleasures, something stronger than sexual vibrations but just as equally pleasureable.
Whatever this society has decided is my fate is completely wrong. A degree is not what I need, a job is just as likewise. I need to express my soul and have ample time to devote to it. I love and charish it and it's what keeps me sane, the passion the art the place it takes me too can never be truely expressed without a devotion to it...
I have this emotion deep inside, this place that sets me free, if you care to know my name then I'll tell you about it!
Would certainly love to hear it Frank. I've known who you were for a long time. I read almost everyone's posts. I had been keeping up with your discussions on art with harold_maude...and thoroughly enjoyed what you all were saying. I didn't add to it, because you all seemed to be doing a bang-up job discussing the art process on your own.
I'd love to talk about your art when I get back, but I do need to leave for a time. I hope you understand. Take care!
My mind is made up...not like my bed, which is a mess.

That guy's post wasn't any kind of blip on my radar acreen, and I'd have been just as content leaving that whole stream of consciousness that guy was spewing.
Even after all the commotion, I still have to say who cares. There's all kinds of people out there, and loonies, and whackadoodles are bound to show up. They should be welcomed because usually they manage to stir things up, and that can be a good thing for us writers. We need diversity, challenge and hardship to properly function.
In that respect I suppose all artists are maladjusted, but it is the engine of our ingenuity.
I agree with MrViscious that stuff like that we should ignore, and not draw any attention to. But isn't that against our nature? When shit gets to us, we need to vent.
On the flipside to this, there is a good aspect to you noticing that post and making an example of it. It makes me think of you like a watchdog. The conscience of NAO, if I might. I think that's a very good thing. You have strong opinions, and you make then known. Most of the time, I absolutely agree with what you say.
