I was just curious what was or is in your player right at this moment. Or what you last listened to, for those of you who want to say that it's not on right now. lol
Currently, The Very Best of Blur - Coffee & Tv. Blur is a bloody brillant band with an amazing variety of styles and sounds and some really good song writing. It's not for the 3 min 35 second top fourty crowd however. Some of the songs are down-right strange but I love them all. They all feel as if you are really listening to the music of a persons soul, sometimes strange timing, sometimes strange meanings but honest none the less.

Well, the last thing I listened to was Wing - to show it to a friend, not because it reflects my taste in music, mind you!
(She is hilarious tho, try downloading a few samples, e.g. Dancing Queen)
"God is dead." - Nietzsche, 1882 "Nietzsche is dead." - God, 1900
Well the last thing I listened to was Robbie Williams' new song Trippin' on the radio. Well, I must admit I like his musi though many friends don't understand me ;)
The last thing I listened to willingly was the not so new Foo Fighters album. I really love the song "In your honor". The whole song is so powerful. I use to sing in my car but sometimes I wonder what other drivers might think if they see me like that: Shaking, screaming, waving hair. Well...
I like Blur, too. I think I've got all their albums. No, one or two are missing.
"Sie wollen nichts anderes. Sie wollen kämpfen! Sie sind Soldaten! Fucking Wahnsinnige!" - Noel G.

DJ Tatana - Peace and Love, 75 minutes of pure trance energy... I love that stuff.
Others that I regularly listen to are: ATB, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Colony 5, Paul Oakenfold, BT, Chicane, 4 Strings, DJ Lomax, Blank and Jones...
Non trance that make it regular into my playlist are:
Trapt, Shinedown, Casting Crowns, Sarah McLachlan, Story of the Year, Craig David, John Denver, Def Leppard...
Plus I listen to all the latest country artists (you name it)
This morning's commute (left the house at 5 am...ugh) was made slightly easier by a nice sing along with The Killers.
This band, while seeming sort of shallow at first, really has a fantastic sound and they don't deviate from it which suggests that they are not a "produced" band that is fishing for a following.
Very gritty and not hook oriented in the standard sense, The Killers remind me of a young Cure but with a modern feel that gives them an edge all their own.

I've been a fan of German industrial for years now. What is their music like?
Not easy to describe. Rock / Metal mixed with electronics, roughly said. You'd have to listen to their sound, describing it wont help. Encyclopaedia Metallum probably tells you more - there they call it 'Gothic Metal', but that's IMVHO totally wrong.
