zen *** (8) has a suggestion...
OMG!! Frank. I'd been led to think that some hideous Medussa would appear upon your eventual arrival upon the stage.
However, shades notwithstanding, you cast quite the manly and studly silhouette.
Frankly, I'm disappointed that you don't sport large tumerous, goiters and puss-laden pustules hanging off the side of your neck.
Hot or not: I'll give him an 8 out of a possible 10.
I'd have to say, without seeing the rest of the package, there's a high degree of probability that I'd try to baste his jiblets over the turkey dinner...
heh
heh

I'm very bad and I should be punished immediately.
Santa, please bring me a whip, a riding crop. full-length riding boots and leather chaps.

p.s. your "puppo" is so cute. Mr. Scrappy would absolutely adore it.
Not as fetching as the Bud can, your puppo is prescious.
You Goober!!
you didn't post your dog's name, or breed, or sex, or anything else. ... I mean, for the benefit of those of us who might be coming into the story late.
OK, conceptually, you take the bud can out, and as a way to improve the title, you mention something about the dogs. basically, the series is you and the dogs, two to one.
The pictures are excellent and very good. I'm suckered in by the one of your buddy just posing. It's almost too perfect. I love it, especially where you use the night scope, (right?)
What you created is a nice composition. It's you, starkly, earnestly.
It's uncanny, but both our autophotographs have a similar feel to them. I arranged the details differently, but in my self picture, it was that Sony digital nightscope feel, and we both hide behind the shadows. I think I look ugly too, but people tell me I'm kinda hot too. On a good day, I can see and feel it. I know it's true. I have to accept that.
It seems that despite my looks, chicks still dig me. Apparently I have "other" desirable qualities.
Wouldn't it do my mom's heart so good knowing that she did something right?
Good job Frank.
I'll bet that just took 5 years off my life--but GODDAMM if it wasn't worth every second

Zen, you mister funny man... And I like it.
Hot or not: I'll give him an 8 out of a possible 10.
Are you kidding me... Haha. If you thought this pic was good then you haven't seen my ugly mug in color. Maybe I'll be bold and post a color pic (someday in the not too near distant future). I've been trying to take a good color pic for a while but my coke bottle glasses keep having this glare on them that makes me look like a special olympics athlete.
I'd have to say, without seeing the rest of the package, there's a high degree of probability that I'd try to baste his jiblets over the turkey dinner...
Sweet, I'll store this little nugget in the back of my mind for future fantasies... Oh shit, did I say that outloud?

Emmy, Beagle, Female...
I had to give her away because I am traveling so much. She now belongs to a new family with another beagle, so now she has a sibling. =)
Oops forgot to say that the pics were all taken in color with exception of the Bud can which was done in sepia. The color ones were then converted to black and white and tones enhanced a little.
The beagle pup pics were taken with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel SLR 6 megapixel cam and the rest (all other pics I have posted here) were taken with a Konica-Minolta DImage X1 8 megapixel CCD.

Did I say I love photography???
Right along with you there brother. Definetly my only enduring true love.
Now are ye undeceived! Welcome, again, my children, to the communion of your race!
Your only seeing yourself through thoes glasses of self loathing that many people wear...alot...too much.
From these eyes, I don't see the same thing you do. You kind of look like Bruce Willis...not joking here.
And he's very handsome and cute when he smiles. So are you :)
Love the puppy. Love thoes ears. I have a thing about long floppy dog ears. :)
It only looks that way because your standing on your head.
Cheese is good. It means you have a sense of humor.
How a person sees themselves on the outside is more about how they feel about what's inside.
At least that's been my experience.
I used to have trouble looking in the mirror. I did it as little as possible. And to let anyone take a picture of me was worse.
I used to conficate all pictures anyone took of me and burned them.
At the same time, you guessed it, I hated what was inside as well.
I'm slowly learning to try to see myself as something other than the perfect choice for a monster in a horror flick.
It's slowly happening.
At the same time I hated my birthday too. This year was the first one I've had in many years that I was actually happy about.
Things change. But where that starts is inside Frank.
Everything else will follow.
