Everyone likes a good debate. That being said, what are peoples thoughts on a Sports forum?

I guess no one likes sports. For just suggesting a sports forum I got 4 ratings for a 59%. Whereas most of my other post are not rated at all. I must have hit a nerve for such a small sentence.

Which leads me to believe that it would be a great discussion board.

Any sport, the winter olympics are coming up to. Although I can't say I'm a big fan of the Winter Olympics. I prefer the Summer Olympics.

No, I think that the reason why you got poorly rated was because you only wrote a line or something close to one single line :P You had the good idea of asking to add a new forum, however you didn't motivate it or anything. Eg. Why do you think it would be a good forum, what would you post in there that is not/cannot be already posted in other forums (eg. other topics)

Btw. I couldn't find not even a ticket left to go see super G anymore! Heck, and I live in Turin!!! How I hate it. Guess I will watch Giorgio Rocca on tv :) I think it will be a good match between him and Bode Miller, and I can't wait to know who will win, considering that I like both of them.

Oh, I love the winter olympics... due in no small part to the hockey. Damn fun stuff; I'm looking for Canada to hold the Gold once again (some other teams are decent, but honestly we could send in two teams and finish 1-2 on the podium, no sweat).

As to the idea of a sports forum, I'm not against it: I like sports of all kinds, and I don't think it would even necessarily be a shallow forum. Although I don't feel strongly either way, I unofficially pledge a contribution to the as yet unexistant forum.
