Reading Ideas

Religion there are many are you believing in the right one. After learning about thousands of religions, it is obvious to me that it is all bull. The sole reason religion exists is our fear of life after death, we need religion as a comfort blanket. Can we not see that we are simply animal’s do ants, dogs, or monkeys have religion no! Ironically, We have evolved to the point where we can create something such as religion. I not saying there is no God because what could have created this universe were in. I asked this question to my father and teacher so I will ask you, do you think such a thing, as religion would exist if cameras were in existence thousands of years ago? I personally don't think so if thousands of years ago god was able to send a fireball down to earth to stop the Egyptians from killing the Jews, why can't he send down a fireball to stop 9/11. The reason is now there are cameras no one can just say they saw a fireball destroy a plane so it wouldn't crash into the world trade center, because we have cameras to prove such a thing false. All i am asking is is religion really a realistic thought or just ironically, something only a being as intelligent as us could create?
