Just I guess saying hi to all ye olde guarde. It's been way too long since I've visited (I've been lurking for a while and started posting again a couple days ago). For all of you who pretend to possibly think about careing, status update!

I'm in college, making mediocre to good grades, got a job doing web development, my webdev skills improve (still havn't exceeded my target ... skill range *glances at Jaz* but I'm working on it). All in all pretty decent.

I've kinda run through and looked at some old posts but I was wondering how everyone else has been doing in this place called the real world.

Except for you Aynjell, I already know about you.

Ok, ok! Well right now I'm supposed to be at a BBQ meeting people going to the same university as me... but as i woke up 5 minutes ago and have not showered or packed to go away later in the day... i think i just missed my opportunity. But never fear, i shall meet people at the uni's annual giant piss up next monday.

What else is new in Mel's life? Well i recently turned 18 which, in Australia grants me the right to vote as well as buy booze smokes and porn. Oh and I can also fuck people outside of a two year age gap legally now. Huzzah...

As of two minutes ago, Aynjell is my Valentine. W00t! (One day we should get real lives my friend :P)

my web developmment skills are still non existent, as i imagine they will be for the entireity of my life. perhaps if i actually even attempted to understand any of that stuff my geek status would hit double digits...

I got back from holidays the other week. was relaxing in sunny Queensland (for those of you who dont know, north east of Australia) and spent majority of my time tanning, reading, writing, eating, drinking... all the good things in life.

due to the whole being legal tihng i've been going out a lot lately, checking out some local bands and there's some really great stuff around at the moment.

So that's whats nrew in the exciting life of Mel. now as payment for writing this post, i expect you to stick around and post often.

Sucks, I've been 18 for almost a year and still can't legally touch booze(yes, thats touch... okay well a little extreme, I just can't have it in my posession when I'm caught... which is worse than touching really).
