Reading Movies

For all the William Gibson fans in the universe I have to say.

… Wait for it…

“Finally!! A Gibson Movie”

I mean seriously? How long have we been waiting a Gibson movie?

I cannot speak for anybody else but I think that Pattern Recognition was his greatest book. Neromancer was a classic no doubt but I love Pattern Recognition. I cannot think of a better way to start with his movies.

Does anybody think it will do the book justice?

So Gibson's "Pattern Recognition" is being directed by the man at the helm of Dead Poet's Society, Master and Commander, Gallipoli, and The Truman Show. I won't lie that I'll have some high expectations for this one, but it's a damn good novel with a damn good director behind it. Im gonna have both fingers crossed until the movie finally comes out.
