I would like to collect some very depressing songs. I'm not looking for any break up songs. I'd be grateful if you list any tracks that you consider depressing. The more depressing it is the better.

It's very sad. This song is about the death of Amy Lee's sister at age 3, when Amy was 6. So is another song from Fallen, "Hello".

The cover of Devo's "Beautiful World" by Rage Against the Machine. It's very cold, very cynical, and very lonely.

The entire "fragile" album from nine inch nails is quite depressing. (I mean the lyrics, i like the music :] )

I've been listening to Never is a Promise a lot lately and bawling like ... something that bawls a lot. the song says so much for me personally.

Y'know when i first came to netalive over two years ago, the first post i made was referring to evanescence, my immortal, i think.

It is the ultimate depressing song for me. Though if you really want to hit the spot, you might need to be more specific. Give me a better idea of what sort of theme your on to and i might be able to help more.
