Really like your post, i think it says a lot about the way a lot of people are thinking.

Were not sure where were going, and if were going somewhere, why. When you dont have an answer the obvious thing to do is avoid the question and this seems to be what your friend is doing.

I think your in a better position than your friend, because at least you acknowledge the the questions in your mind. I say keep doing what your doing, think things over, philosophise. Perhaps together we can come up with some answers. Perhaps not.

But, perhaps the thought that one day we might have an answer is what keeps us going. Perhaps it has kept us going since the day we were born.

Perhaps, just perhaps, i have more questions for you than answers.

It's all about the purpose. If your life has no purpose - it gets boring. You wake up to do some stuff and to go to sleep.

It hit me some time ago. I didn't know what do i live for. I still haven't figured it out, but i'm willing to give myself a goal. Because that's when life means something - when you have a good reason to go on.
